SETUP AND TAKEDOWN SERVICES

CONSULTATION:

  • An ONSITE consultation is required at least 30 days prior to the event date - Starting at $30.00 CAD, plus applicable travel KILOMETRES CHARGES.

  • Here, we will discuss where to place the items you've rented from us. Also to have a meeting with the onsite/venue coordinator to review their policies and requirements we need to abide by.

 

CONSULTATION SCHEDULE:

  • MONDAY to THURSDAY: between 7 pm - 8:30 pm

  • FRIDAY: between 7:00 pm - 10:00 pm 

  • SATURDAY: between 8:00 am - 10:00 pm 

  • SUNDAY: between 8:00 am - 8:30 pm

CHOOSE YOUR PACKAGE:

A) Company SETUP & STYLE of their rental items the day of the event - Starting at $250.00 CAD plus applicable travel KILOMETRES CHARGES.

 

B) Company TAKEDOWN & REMOVAL of their rental items after the event - Stating at $175.00 CAD plus applicable travel KILOMETRES CHARGES each way.

 

C) Company SETUP & STYLE / TAKEDOWN & REMOVAL of their rental items - Starting at $425.00 plus applicable travel KILOMETRES CHARGES each way. 

  • Rustic Charms Decor Rentals is ONLY responsible for the SETUP and TAKEDOWN of ITEMS BELONGING TO THEM and not responsible for the clean-up of the renter's venue or client's personal items. 

  • Meaning we would ONLY setup and takedown our rental items belonging to our rental store.

  • Should you want to incorporate some of your personal items, this would be the next package below D. 

D) Company takes care of the full day of the event SETUP & STYLE / TAKEDOWN & REMOVAL & CLEAN-UP after the event - Starting at $675.00 CAD,  plus applicable travel KILOMETRES CHARGES each way. 

CHARGES:

  • These services are provided on the day of your event.

  • The charge listed for each package is the base charge. 

  • The final cost depends on the items selected, onsite requirements, special conditions, and the degree of difficulty for accessing the property (ex: do we need to go up many flights of stairs, climb a tall ladder, etc. plus applicable travel KILOMETRES CHARGES each way.  

MAXIMUM TRAVEL DISTANCE:

  • Our MAXIMUM TRAVEL DISTANCE from ORLÉANS, ONTARIO - ONE WAY is 100 km.​​

TRAVEL KILOMETER CHARGE:

  • There will be a $1.25 CAD charge per one KILOMETER each way, to and from Orleans and the Venue location. *Kilometer charge is subject to change in reflection of the gas prices upon booking. 

Regrettably, Charmingly Rustic Events - Decor Rentals is not offering any Set-up or Take Down Services at this time. We simply don't have enough staff to facilitate the task. 

Clients will have to arrange for their own Set-Up and Take Down. Meaning, that clients will be responsible for the Set-up and Take Down of their selected rental items themselves
, without any assistance from us.
